a paradox of authenticity

The Agreeable Introvert. The not-so-social chameleon. He lives in the future by putting off showing his true cards. He moves in silence. Extraversion is too risky and assertive, so after careful observation, he morphs into whatever the situation calls for. A not-so-free spirit? Or is his flexibility an advantage? Some call him dishonest for not being his true self. He argues that there is no true self. Our actions and beliefs are always subject to change depending on the situation. He is simply more sensitive to what others need. Compassion and teamwork is just as true to him as anything else. Does shifting his being in the name of group synergy and understanding make him dishonest? Maybe to others it does, but not to himself. A paradox of authenticity.
